INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS POLICY
Within the scope of integrated management systems, Diplomat Security senior management undertakes to:
- Fulfill applicable requirements, legal requirements and other obligations within the scope of integrated management systems.
- Continuously improve the integrated management system.
- Identify, understand and regularly meet customer needs, legal requirements and other conditions.
- Identify and address risks and opportunities that may affect product and service conformity and the ability to increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintain focus on increasing customer satisfaction.
- Prevent pollution, protect the environment and use energy resources optimally within the environmental and energy management system.
- Improve integrated management system performance.
- Manage information security risks arising from mobile device use, remote working, access controls, backup management and all forms of communication.
- Ensure integrated system management and secured communication with suppliers, subcontractors, contractors, stakeholders and other relevant parties.
- Eliminate hazards and manage all necessary activities to minimize risks within occupational health and safety.
- Encourage employees to participate effectively in integrated management systems and ensure continuity of internal communication.
- Prioritize energy efficiency in procurement processes and in all activities.
- Make ISO 18788 Private Security Operations Management System practices effective and assured within technical, administrative and process management requirements.

ISO 14064-1 ARTICLE 4 PRINCIPLES COMMITMENT
The application of principles is essential to ensure that greenhouse gas information is accurate and fair. These principles are the basis of the requirements in this document and guide their implementation.
Relevance: Greenhouse gas sources, sinks, reservoirs, data and methods appropriate to Diplomat's needs will be considered.
Completeness: All relevant greenhouse gas emissions and removals will be included.
Consistency: Meaningful comparisons in greenhouse gas related information will be ensured.
Accuracy: Data acquisition will be established to reduce bias and uncertainties as much as possible.
Transparency: Sufficient and appropriate information will be disclosed so intended users can make decisions with reasonable confidence.
Compliance with all these principles is assured and its continuity is committed.
